About this role

Figure, an AI robotics company, seeks an IT Client Engineer to manage endpoint security and infrastructure across their humanoid robot development operations. You'll own device fleet management spanning corporate offices to manufacturing sites, implement identity and SSO controls via Okta, and automate IT processes to protect critical IP across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.

What you'll do

  • Design and operate zero-touch enrollment for macOS, Windows, and Ubuntu; manage FleetDM cross-platform agent and CrowdStrike Falcon EDR deployment
  • Translate CIS Benchmarks into enforced configuration profiles with osquery validation across all platforms and maintain reproducible, hardened workstation builds
  • Own Okta SSO integration (SAML/OIDC) and automate identity lifecycle provisioning, entitlements, and deprovisioning across Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira
  • Build automation tooling in Python, Bash, or PowerShell to eliminate manual onboarding, offboarding, licensing, and audit work
  • Develop hardened device configurations for factories and low-connectivity sites with encryption, conditional access, and remote wipe capabilities
  • Mentor IT Operations Specialists, document standards and runbooks, and participate in Change Advisory Board as escalation point for complex issues
