What you'll do

  • Design mechanical parts and assemblies in 3D CAD meeting structural, durability, and manufacturability requirements
  • Create 2D drawings with GD&T per ASME Y14.5 standards and perform tolerance stack-ups
  • Prototype, build, and test components to validate performance and reliability
  • Lead testing and validation efforts at component, module, and system levels
  • Collaborate with electrical and systems integration teams on electromechanical designs
  • Partner with manufacturers and quality teams to drive designs through production and support FA/CA for complex issues
