About this role
Filevine seeks a Legal Solutions Engineer to help law firms and legal teams implement and maximize the company's AI-powered legal operating platform. You'll serve as a technical bridge between customers and the product, ensuring successful deployments and driving adoption of the Legal Operating Intelligence System.
What you'll do
- Implement and configure Filevine's platform for law firm clients
- Provide technical guidance and training to legal teams on platform features
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure smooth system deployments
- Gather customer feedback and requirements to inform product improvements
- Develop custom workflows and automations tailored to client needs
- Support customers in optimizing their use of AI-driven legal intelligence features
