IT Support Engineer

About this role

FT Partners, a fintech-focused investment banking firm, seeks an IT Support Engineer to provide first-line technical support and manage end-user technology for the New York office. The role combines hands-on desktop support, device provisioning, and user account administration in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What you'll do

• Provide primary technical support for desktop and end-user issues in the New York office
• Troubleshoot and maintain Windows laptops, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and peripherals
• Image, deploy, configure, and maintain laptops and workstations
• Provision and deprovision user accounts, laptops, and equipment for new hires and departures
• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID accounts
• Support conference room technology, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and AV equipment

• Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and support
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Active Directory administration
• Laptop imaging and deployment
• Basic networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi)
• Customer service and communication
