About this role

Fireblocks seeks a Data Analytics AI Engineer to design and deploy LLM-powered systems that enable data-driven decision-making across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. You'll combine advanced analytics with AI/ML expertise to build production-grade applications, drive business impact through experimentation, and communicate insights to senior leadership in a fast-growing fintech environment.

What you'll do

  • Design and build LLM-powered systems and data agents to improve internal decision-making across GTM, Product, and Engineering functions
  • Analyze large-scale datasets to surface strategic insights on customer lifecycle and revenue funnel, defining and tracking KPIs
  • Evaluate and quantify business impact of AI initiatives through experimentation, benchmarking, and model evaluation
  • Ship and maintain production analytics and AI applications using modern CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub)
  • Manage end-to-end projects while communicating complex data and AI concepts to senior business stakeholders including C-level executives
  • Continuously monitor, refine, and optimize AI models through prompt engineering and deployment iteration

What they're looking for

  • 5+ years AI/ML engineering or combined data analytics and AI experience
  • Advanced SQL proficiency with solid Python experience
  • LLM expertise including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation
  • CI/CD pipeline management (GitLab or GitHub)
  • Business analytics with strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and revenue operations
  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional communication at executive level
  • Independent project ownership and problem-scoping in ambiguous environments
  • AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code)
