About this role

Fluidstack is seeking an AI Software Engineer to build internal productivity tools and shared infrastructure that leverage frontier AI models across the organization. You'll identify high-impact opportunities to automate workflows, integrate LLMs into existing systems, and enable teams to work more efficiently while working autonomously on ambitious projects.

What you'll do

  • Build internal AI-powered tools and applications that automate workflows and reduce manual work across teams
  • Design and maintain shared AI infrastructure including agent frameworks and organizational skills
  • Integrate AI capabilities into existing products and internal systems with measurable impact
  • Create custom integrations between LLMs and tools like GitHub, Slack, Notion, JIRA, and Salesforce
  • Stay current with emerging AI techniques and proactively identify new opportunities for organizational use
  • Document tools and support team adoption and extension of AI capabilities
