  • Build automations and scripts to eliminate manual work; write clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Own procurement, asset management, and device lifecycle tracking across the company
  • Manage employee and contractor onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews with security rigor
  • Troubleshoot office network and A/V systems; integrate SaaS tools and enforce role-based access controls

What they're looking for

  • Okta administration (users, groups, app integrations)
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) on macOS, iOS, and Windows
  • Google Workspace and Office 365
  • Automation and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python preferred)
  • Identity and access security mindset
  • IT procurement and asset management
  • Technical writing and documentation
  • No-code/low-code tools (Okta Workflows, n8n, Zapier)

Benefits

  • Full autonomy and extreme ownership of projects end-to-end
  • Fast-paced, high-impact environment with 10x growth
  • Exposure to cutting-edge technology and first-principles problem-solving
