Firmware Engineer Intern

About this role

Fluxergy, a growing in vitro diagnostics company, seeks a Firmware Engineering Intern in Irvine to support embedded systems development for their multi-modal point-of-care diagnostic platform. You'll gain hands-on experience with firmware testing, hardware interfaces, and embedded software while collaborating with engineering teams on MK14 daughter board platforms.

What you'll do

• Support firmware development for MK14 daughter board embedded systems
• Assist with hardware interface testing and validation
• Contribute to firmware testing workflows and processes
• Help improve system reliability through testing and debugging
• Support documentation of firmware and system procedures
• Collaborate with engineering teams on embedded software projects
