Four Hands, a rapidly growing furniture company, is hiring a Salesforce Developer/Administrator to manage and optimize their Salesforce environment. The role combines technical expertise in platform administration, custom development, and deployment management with cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable business solutions.

What you'll do

  • Manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure proper access control
  • Build and maintain Apex code, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components for system extensions
  • Create and manage automated workflows, approval processes, reports, and dashboards
  • Plan and execute deployments across sandbox and production environments using Change Sets, Ant Migration Tool, and SFDX
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via APIs and perform code reviews and testing
  • Monitor system health, conduct data audits, and maintain data governance and compliance standards
