Garner seeks a Software Engineer III to build and optimize AI-powered systems that analyze healthcare data at scale. You'll work on distributed event-driven architectures processing billions of medical records while maintaining HIPAA compliance, operating in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Design and maintain distributed event-driven systems processing large-scale healthcare data
- Leverage AI to build, optimize, and maintain software infrastructure
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to understand healthcare domain requirements
- Implement data security and HIPAA compliance best practices
- Contribute to systems handling doubling annual load with AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor and drive technical excellence within the engineering team
