Geneva Trading seeks a System Operations Engineer to manage and optimize the Windows-based infrastructure supporting global trading operations in Chicago. The role combines hands-on technical support with automation and infrastructure projects, requiring expertise in endpoint management, identity systems, and scripting to ensure high availability and security.

What you'll do

• Manage device lifecycles, configuration profiles, and user identities using Microsoft Intune and Entra ID
• Ensure workstation compliance, security, and optimization for trading and administrative functions
• Build modular and reusable automation using PowerShell for user provisioning and software deployments
• Maintain and enhance Windows-centric infrastructure for reliability and scalability
• Balance technical troubleshooting with proactive automation projects
• Support high-performance trading operations across global offices
