About this role

Glean seeks a Partner Solutions Engineer to be the technical backbone for strategic partners (VARs, GSIs, SIs, and ISVs), enabling them to design, deploy, and scale Glean solutions across their customer base. You'll lead hands-on enablement, develop repeatable service offerings, and build partner technical maturity to support production-ready implementations at scale.

What you'll do

  • Own technical success of partners through onboarding, enablement, early deployments, and scaled delivery
  • Lead hands-on technical trainings, workshops, and co-build sessions for partner teams
  • Help partners build repeatable service offerings and reference architectures on Glean
  • Develop partner technical maturity for independent architecture, implementation, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with partner solution architects, delivery teams, and product teams
  • Guide partners in delivering post-sales services and production-ready solutions
