Software Engineer, AI & Security

About this role

Glean seeks a Software Engineer to develop cutting-edge AI security and data governance solutions for their Work AI platform. You'll own greenfield features end-to-end, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across teams to build scalable, secure systems trusted by enterprise customers.

What you'll do

• Lead greenfield features from conception through implementation, testing, and launch
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
• Collaborate with product, design, and data science teams on solution architecture
• Design data pipelines, AI models, and REST APIs with scalable server implementations
• Write maintainable, efficient, well-tested code
• Address cutting-edge problems in data security and AI governance
