About this role

Build and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents to streamline Motive's Deal Desk and GTM operations. Own the full development lifecycle from prototyping through production scaling, partnering with Sales and RevOps teams to automate high-value business processes while ensuring compliance and measurable impact.

What you'll do

  • Identify Deal Desk bottlenecks and design AI solutions to automate workflows and improve stakeholder experience
  • Develop and scale AI agents and applications using Salesforce Agentforce, ClaudeForce, n8n, Glean, and Retool
  • Build human-in-the-loop validation systems, audit trails, and fallback rules for Deal Desk agents to ensure revenue recognition compliance
  • Own full development lifecycle from prototyping and proof-of-concept through production deployment, beta testing, and ongoing maintenance
  • Optimize LLM model selection and token consumption to balance performance with production costs
  • Train end-users and create documentation for launched tools

  • Python scripting and SQL/SOQL
  • Prompt engineering with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity
  • Salesforce development including Agentforce and ClaudeForce
  • API integration and rate limit management
  • Low-code/no-code platforms: Retool, n8n, Glean
  • React or similar front-end frameworks
  • CPQ and CLM platform experience
