About this role
Join an early-stage AI startup as a Production Engineer to build and maintain the infrastructure, security, and compliance systems for an agent control platform. You'll own everything from Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure to SOC2 compliance and product security, while writing code and shipping features in a hybrid San Francisco role.
What you'll do
- Manage production and staging infrastructure on GCP (GKE) using Terraform, including DNS, networking, and multi-cloud customer deployments
- Design and maintain Kubernetes-based sandboxing for secure agent execution with controlled network access
- Lead SOC2 compliance efforts, audit preparation, and manage penetration testing programs via HackerOne
- Own observability stack including OpenTelemetry, New Relic, and Splunk integrations
- Design safe CI/CD pipelines with canary and blue-green deployment strategies
- Audit application code for security vulnerabilities and build security-sensitive product features

- Programming languages (Python, Go, TypeScript, or similar)
- SOC2 compliance and security frameworks
- Vulnerability management and secure system design
