You'll manage end-to-end programs from design and process development through production qualification, while developing internal automation tools to scale manufacturing workflows.
What you'll do
- Serve as primary technical contact for customers, capturing requirements and developing comprehensive AM manufacturing plans
- Lead design-for-additive-manufacturing (DfAM) efforts including build orientation, support strategy, topology optimization, and post-processing planning
- Perform AM CAM work: build file development, support generation, nesting, and process parameter optimization for powder bed fusion systems
- Design and deploy internal automation tools to streamline DfAM and CAM workflows and enforce best practices across programs
- Apply AM simulation tools for thermal, distortion, and structural analysis to inform design decisions and de-risk builds
- Manage qualification planning, validation builds, and documentation packages for customer and aerospace program release
What they're looking for
