About this role
Hadrian seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to drive factory development and operational excellence at its rapidly expanding autonomous manufacturing facilities. You'll own critical projects focused on process optimization, root cause analysis, and scaling production capabilities for aerospace and defense manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end project execution addressing operational and technical challenges in the factory
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions to manufacturing problems
- Design and introduce new processes and assets to support rapid production scaling
- Identify systematic improvements needed within factory operations and develop pragmatic solutions
- Redesign existing processes and implement new capabilities to increase production rates
- Travel occasionally (up to 35%) to support factory development initiatives
