Lead the development of intelligent robotic manipulation systems for aerospace and defense manufacturing at Hadrian. Design end-to-end automation solutions integrating perception, planning, and control to accelerate production across multiple U.S. factories.

What you'll do

  • Develop algorithms and architectures for robotic manipulation, grasping, and assembly in manufacturing environments
  • Design and implement perception-to-control pipelines integrating 3D vision, planning, and motion execution
  • Prototype and iterate on custom end-effectors and robotic tooling with mechanical engineering partners
  • Translate operational requirements into technical specifications and system interfaces
  • Support team hiring and mentor junior engineers on technical best practices
  • Deploy and validate robotic systems in production factory settings
