About this role
Hadrian seeks a Technical Sales Engineer to drive deal success by bridging customer manufacturing needs with our autonomous factory capabilities. You'll serve as the technical authority in sales cycles, guide part selection strategy, and build scalable processes that improve win rates across aerospace and defense accounts.
What you'll do
- Partner with sales teams as lead technical expert on active opportunities, translating customer requirements into manufacturing solutions
- Guide part downselection and develop qualification frameworks to identify optimal production candidates
- Communicate manufacturability constraints, tolerances, and process limitations early in the sales cycle
- Train sales teams on assessing technical fit and develop enablement tools like selection guides and demo materials
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to refine capability positioning and inform product roadmap
- Ensure seamless handoffs to Customer Integration Engineering by reducing technical ambiguity
