Forward Deployed Engineer, Handshake AI Enterprise

About this role

Embed directly with enterprise customers to design, build, and deploy production AI agents that solve real business problems. Own the full technical stack from solution definition through evaluation and iteration, becoming a domain expert in your customer's vertical while collaborating closely with product and platform teams.

What you'll do

• Embed with enterprise customers to understand their business workflows and identify AI-driven opportunities
• Define and deliver end-to-end AI agent solutions tailored to specific customer use cases
• Design evaluation frameworks and systematically improve agent performance through iteration
• Establish engineering best practices and reusable agent patterns for team scaling
• Collaborate with product and platform engineers to ship reliable, cohesive solutions
• Surface deployment insights to inform Handshake's platform and product roadmap
