About this role

Harvey is seeking a Growth Engineer to build AI-powered marketing automation and experimentation systems that drive demand generation and customer acquisition. You'll own the full stack from workflow design to live testing, partnering closely with marketing leadership to ship high-leverage growth initiatives at a category-defining legal AI company.

What you'll do

  • Identify, scope, and implement AI and automation use cases to improve demand generation, campaign operations, and pipeline conversion
  • Build and maintain AI workflows for content creation, audience targeting, and personalization using Claude, Clay, n8n, and similar tools
  • Design and deploy automation workflows integrating Marketo, Salesforce, web CMS, and digital platforms to eliminate manual work
  • Build and run experimentation infrastructure including A/B tests, landing pages, and conversion-flow changes on harvey.ai
  • Manage cost efficiency of automated workflows and continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Content, and Performance Marketing teams to translate strategy into technical solutions
