About this role

Harvey is seeking a Growth Engineer to be the first in this role, sitting at the intersection of marketing strategy and AI execution. You'll build AI-powered automation workflows, run experimentation infrastructure, and ship high-leverage systems that drive demand generation, pipeline conversion, and marketing efficiency across their legal AI platform.

What you'll do

  • Identify, scope, and implement AI and automation use cases to improve demand generation, campaign operations, and pipeline conversion
  • Build and maintain AI workflows using tools like Claude, Clay, and n8n integrated with Marketo, Salesforce, and web platforms
  • Design and deploy A/B tests, landing page experiments, and conversion-flow changes on harvey.ai and campaign surfaces
  • Own cost management and efficiency optimization of automated workflows
  • Collaborate with marketing ops, content, and performance marketing teams to translate strategic needs into technical solutions
  • Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and prototype new agent frameworks and integrations for competitive advantage

  • Growth engineering or marketing engineering (4+ years B2B SaaS experience)
  • LLM APIs and AI-powered tools (Claude, Cursor, content generation, workflow automation)
  • Marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot) and CRMs (Salesforce)
  • Workflow automation tools (Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make)
  • Analytics and experimentation tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, PostHog, GA4)
  • Experimental design, attribution modeling, and data-driven decision making
  • Cross-functional collaboration and 0→1 project ownership
  • Data warehouses, BI tools, and programming skills (nice to have)
