About this role

Wizards of the Coast seeks an Automation Engineer to design and deploy business process automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. You'll develop low-code and AI-powered workflows, integrate enterprise systems, and partner with stakeholders to drive operational efficiency across the organization.

  • Design and develop automated business processes using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 integrations
  • Build and deploy AI-powered conversational agents and workflows using Copilot Studio
  • Manage Power Platform environments, governance, security, and solution deployment pipelines
  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical automation solutions
  • Troubleshoot performance issues, optimize reliability, and maintain automation documentation and standards
  • Provide technical guidance and training to citizen developers and end users
