About this role
Hasbro seeks a Workplace Technology Support Engineer to maintain and enhance endpoint reliability and workplace technology systems across global offices. You'll resolve complex technical issues, support device lifecycles, and drive automation improvements while partnering with platform engineering and security teams to deliver scalable solutions.
What you'll do
- Resolve complex technical issues involving devices, operating systems, VPN, printers, and AI-powered workplace tools for employees across multiple countries
- Design, configure, and support custom hardware builds for specialized workflows in engineering and gaming studio environments
- Proactively monitor endpoint health, analyze performance trends, and implement automation and scripting to improve consistency and reduce manual effort
- Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices while ensuring security, compliance, and operational standards
- Partner with stakeholders to design practical technology solutions and provide guidance on scalable implementation and automation opportunities
- Support conference room systems, collaboration tools, and workplace peripherals; provide technical support across US, Canada, UK, India, and Japan
