Heidi, an AI healthcare platform company, seeks a Pre-sales Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between sales and customers during enterprise deal cycles. You'll lead technical discovery, design tailored solutions, and handle complex healthcare integrations including EHR systems, security reviews, and compliance requirements.

What you'll do

  • Conduct deep technical and clinical workflow discovery with enterprise and mid-market prospects
  • Design customized solutions aligned with Heidi's AI platform and customer healthcare workflows
  • Deliver technical demos and architecture presentations to IT, InfoSec, and engineering teams
  • Own technical responses for RFPs, security assessments, and compliance due diligence
  • Identify and resolve technical objections that impede sales progression
  • Partner with implementation teams on post-signature handoffs and provide product feedback from the field
