DevOps Engineer – Flight Software

About this role

Hermeus, a defense aviation startup in Los Angeles, seeks a DevOps Engineer to support rapid prototyping and development of high-speed aircraft systems. You'll enable the company's fast-paced hardware iteration cycles while working with defense contractors and government partners.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for flight software development
• Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment environments
• Support rapid prototyping workflows and testing infrastructure
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Implement infrastructure-as-code practices
