About this role

Internship opportunity to develop guidance, navigation, and control software for Hermeus's Quarterhorse supersonic aircraft. You'll work across C++ flight control systems and TypeScript/JavaScript interfaces to support both remote piloting and autonomous operations.

What you'll do

  • Develop C++ software for GNC (guidance, navigation, and control) systems
  • Build TypeScript/JavaScript web-based user interfaces for flight control
  • Design control systems for remotely piloted (HOTAS) flight modes
  • Implement autonomous flight mode functionality and management tools
  • Collaborate with hardware and systems teams on aircraft integration
  • Participate in rapid iterative prototyping and testing cycles
