About this role
Internship opportunity to develop guidance, navigation, and control software for Hermeus's Quarterhorse supersonic aircraft. You'll work across C++ flight control systems and TypeScript/JavaScript interfaces to support both remote piloting and autonomous operations.
What you'll do
- Develop C++ software for GNC (guidance, navigation, and control) systems
- Build TypeScript/JavaScript web-based user interfaces for flight control
- Design control systems for remotely piloted (HOTAS) flight modes
- Implement autonomous flight mode functionality and management tools
- Collaborate with hardware and systems teams on aircraft integration
- Participate in rapid iterative prototyping and testing cycles
