Integration Engineer – Structures & Assembly

About this role

Hermeus seeks an Integration Engineer to oversee structural hardware development from design through testing and delivery for high-speed aircraft. You'll bridge design, manufacturing, and test teams to ensure airframe assemblies meet precision and quality standards while supporting rapid prototyping cycles.

What you'll do

• Manage structural hardware lifecycle from design release through build, test, and final delivery
• Oversee fabrication and assembly of airframe primary structure, wings, tail, and control surfaces
• Coordinate between design, manufacturing, and test teams to ensure quality and precision standards
• Conduct technical problem-solving and troubleshooting for structural assemblies
• Ensure compliance with reliability and performance requirements for load-bearing components
• Support rapid iteration and prototyping cycles aligned with program schedules
