About this role
Join Hermeus as a Software Engineering Hardware-in-the-Loop intern to support real-time simulation environments that integrate hardware with software models. You'll develop automated tests, maintain test infrastructure, and ensure reliability for flight software validation on cutting-edge high-speed aircraft projects.
What you'll do
- Set up and integrate hardware components with software models in real-time simulation environments
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for Hardware-in-the-Loop systems
- Support test stand infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting
- Execute test campaigns and validate flight software against hardware simulations
- Document test procedures, results, and system configurations
- Collaborate with flight software and hardware teams to resolve integration issues
