Forward Deployment Engineer (Minneapolis, MN)

About this role

Hippocratic AI seeks a Forward Deployment Engineer to be embedded onsite at healthcare customer locations, designing and deploying AI-powered clinical solutions. You'll serve as the technical bridge between the company and customers, turning complex healthcare problems into production-grade systems using LLMs, voice AI, and healthcare data integration.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary technical contact for healthcare customers and translate their needs into scalable AI solutions
• Build and deploy AI systems including RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, and real-time conversational interfaces
• Integrate healthcare data systems using HL7, FHIR, REST APIs, and X12 standards with Python and SQL
• Own full lifecycle of solutions from design through production monitoring and troubleshooting
• Collaborate across product, AI research, and clinical teams on system optimization
• Work onsite at customer locations in Minneapolis with occasional travel to headquarters
