Robotic Weld Operator

Weld It. Program It. Build It. Take It Off-Road!

Love trucks, welding, and working with cutting-edge technology? At Horsepower Automotive Group (HPAG), we don't just make truck parts — we build the gear that takes adventures to the next level!

We're looking for an experienced Robotic Weld Operator who knows their way around robotic welding equipment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in turning raw steel into seriously impressive off-road products.

And here's a bonus: Our manufacturing facility is fully AIR-CONDITIONED! That's right — you can leave the Arizona heat outside while you build some of the coolest off-road products on the market.

Why You'll Love Working at HPAG

  • Stay Cool! Fully air-conditioned manufacturing facility — because welding in the Arizona heat is no joke!

  • Get Paid Weekly! Competitive hourly pay based on your experience.

  • Enjoy Your Weekends! Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

  • Take a Break! Paid holidays.

  • We've Got You Covered! Medical, dental, and vision benefits.

  • Bring Your Skills, Not Your Toolbox! All tools and equipment are provided.

  • Build American-Made Products! Help manufacture innovative off-road truck accessories right here in the USA.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Run the Robots! Program, train, fine-tune, and operate robotic welding equipment.

  • Keep Production Rolling! Troubleshoot welding issues, minimize downtime, and keep those robots running efficiently.

  • Make Sparks Fly! Perform manual welding and fabrication when needed.

  • Build It Right! Fabricate steel components and complete assemblies using CAD prints and specifications.

  • Finish Strong! Grind, finish, and inspect products to ensure they meet our quality standards.

  • Know Your Numbers! Track daily production counts and help keep production goals on target.

  • Check Your Work! Verify measurements, weld quality, and finished assemblies.

  • Safety First! Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

What You Bring to the Crew

  • Hands-on experience programming, operating, and troubleshooting robotic welders.

  • Strong understanding of welding processes, fabrication, and assembly.

  • Experience with sheet metal fabrication, bending, cut-off saws, and grinders.

  • Ability to read CAD prints, schematics, and technical drawings.

  • An eye for quality and pride in craftsmanship.

  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and keep production moving.

  • A self-motivated attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work.

  • A team-first mindset — because great products take a great crew!

  • Ability to adapt and stay productive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Must-Haves

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • 2+ years of welding and fabrication experience.

  • 1+ year of hands-on robotic welding experience.

  • Experience with OTC robotic welders is a big plus!
