About this role

Hunter Douglas seeks a Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations at their Ensenada facility, focusing on process optimization, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll establish process specifications, lead cross-functional improvement projects, develop work documentation, and drive cost and productivity gains across production.

What you'll do

  • Establish and implement process controls, specifications, and support major/minor projects
  • Investigate and resolve process performance issues and implement improvements
  • Lead cross-functional improvement projects and coordinate with production teams
  • Create inspection forms, work instructions, visual aids, and process documentation
  • Conduct time studies, tolerance analysis, and statistical process analysis
  • Support product launches, handle customer complaints, and develop engineering changes (ECO)
