About this role

This role involves configuring and maintaining business rules within FireLight®, a SaaS platform for financial product applications, ensuring compliance and accuracy. The Configuration Developer will work across the full SDLC, handle moderately complex business logic, support production issues, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Configure and maintain business rules in FireLight® for financial product applications meeting 'In-Good-Order' standards
  • Implement configuration components including Role Codes, Review Queues, Needs Determination, and document mappings
  • Perform unit and integration testing to validate configured business rules
  • Provide Tier 2 production support by troubleshooting configuration issues and triaging client tickets via Jira
  • Support customer deployments and ensure timely, accurate implementation of configurations
  • Use AI tools to accelerate rule creation, testing, and issue investigation while maintaining coding best practices
