About this role
IEM seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer to deploy and sustain the IEM360 operating system across manufacturing and business functions. This role partners with leaders to drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth through lean transformation and strategic execution.
What you'll do
- Lead IEM360 deployment across operations, supply chain, engineering, and commercial functions
- Plan and facilitate cross-functional kaizen events focused on lean principles and strategic initiatives
- Train and coach team members and leaders in lean thinking and continuous improvement practices
- Assess business system maturity and create improvement roadmaps using maturity models and Hoshin Kanri
- Embed IEM360 into key processes including policy deployment, S&OP, and operational reviews
- Identify and disseminate internal best practices while benchmarking against external organizations
