Test Engineer - Electrical Systems

IEM seeks a Test Engineer to design and execute comprehensive test procedures for electrical distribution systems, ensuring product quality through functional testing, data analysis, and troubleshooting. The role involves collaborating across teams, improving testing processes, and supporting factory witness testing events.

What you'll do

• Design and develop test procedures and protocols for electrical products
• Execute functional and electrical testing on components and assemblies
• Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes, and performance issues
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve defects
• Perform relay protection testing and control logic troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate test documentation and support continuous process improvement
