About this role
As a TeamCity Customer Success Engineer, you'll serve as a key technical advisor for engineering teams, helping them optimize their use of TeamCity for CI/CD. Your role will involve managing customer relationships, addressing technical challenges, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance product development and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Manage technical relationships for a portfolio of accounts
- Support customers in adopting TeamCity by guiding architecture design
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer usage and potential issues
- Monitor customer satisfaction and account health
- Collaborate with product teams to evaluate new ideas
- Travel internationally for customer visits and conferences
