Software Engineer II - Growth

About this role

Klaviyo seeks a Software Engineer II to improve new customer onboarding and product activation through data-driven UX enhancements and A/B testing. You'll work across teams to reduce friction in the platform setup experience and mentor fellow engineers.

What you'll do

• Implement user experience improvements across the product, particularly for new customers
• Design and run A/B tests to validate ideas and measure impact on key metrics
• Partner with marketing, data science, sales, and engineering to identify improvement opportunities
• Gather direct customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Mentor other engineers and improve development and experimentation processes
• Work from Boston HQ at least 3 days per week
