Full Stack Engineer, Guardian Monitoring
About this role
LaunchDarkly seeks a Full Stack Engineer for the Guardian Monitoring team, which provides a safety layer for software releases through real-time monitoring, regression detection, and automated rollbacks. You'll build backend services that analyze telemetry data and frontend interfaces that help teams confidently manage continuous deployments.
What you'll do
- Design and ship full-stack features across Guardian's monitoring platform (UI, APIs, backend services, data pipelines)
- Own features end-to-end from prototype through production rollout and iteration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and adjacent teams
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews
- Write well-tested, maintainable code and promote reliability best practices
- Participate in on-call rotations and maintain production reliability

- Full-stack software engineering (5+ years professional experience)
- TypeScript and React for frontend development
- Go or similar languages for backend development
