Legal Engineer

About this role

Legora seeks a Legal Engineer to bridge legal expertise and technology innovation, serving as a trusted advisor to top-tier law firms and corporate legal teams. You'll drive client adoption of Legora's AI-powered legal workspace while shaping product development through deep insights into legal workflows and pain points.

What you'll do

• Build trusted client relationships and identify high-value opportunities for platform expansion within law firms and corporate legal departments
• Lead pilot programs, onboarding, and firm-wide adoption initiatives alongside Customer Success
• Deliver product demos and training sessions to diverse legal stakeholders
• Act as voice of the user, translating client needs into product and strategic insights
• Develop scalable playbooks and best practices for global team growth
• Guide clients through AI adoption by evaluating ROI and mapping impact across practice areas

• Legal background (top-tier firm or in-house experience)
• Product knowledge and technical fluency (especially generative AI)
• Cross-disciplinary communication (translating between lawyers and engineers)
• Process improvement and technology implementation
