We are hiring a critical member to support our Legal team. You will work closely with the General Counsel and the Commercial Counsel. - Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and clause libraries.
- Track contract obligations, renewal dates, and key milestones to support compliance and timely action.
- Prepare lease abstracts and support leases, amendments, LOIs, and construction and expansion agreements.
- Track lease expiration terms, options, renewal deadlines, notices, surrender conditions, and other key obligations.
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders on facility matters.
- Assist with corporate maintenance, registered-agent matters, and entity housekeeping.
- Assist with M&A diligence, closing checklists, and post-closing deliverables.
- Support insurance renewals and compliance documentation.
- Help the Legal Department respond to customer, vendor, and other dispute notices by gathering facts and records and coordinating follow-up with business teams.
- Assist with demand letters, collections, bankruptcy tracking, investigations, and document preservation or litigation holds.
- Select, implement, and manage legal technology systems, including SharePoint, LinkSquares (CLM), e-signature tools, and Salesforce.
