Software Engineer

Lyft is hiring a Software Engineer in Seattle to design and maintain security detection and response systems that support threat identification across their platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, reliable infrastructure while writing high-quality, well-tested code.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain security detection and response systems
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to drive projects from specification through launch
• Write well-tested, readable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and knowledge sharing
• Build extensible and scalable platforms for secure threat detection
• Ensure high availability and reliability of critical security monitoring systems
