About this role

Lynk is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to enhance satellite production processes by developing work instructions and building test fixtures. This role requires expertise in manufacturing environments to support efficient operations for their innovative satellite communication technology.

What you'll do

  • Create detailed work instructions for assembly and testing
  • Collaborate with technicians and engineers for process clarity
  • Design and build test fixtures and tooling
  • Identify and implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) improvements
  • Maintain accuracy of manufacturing documentation
  • Support production with efficient manufacturing processes

What they're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing
  • Experience with work instructions and process documentation
  • Hands-on experience with test fixtures and tooling
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • CAD software proficiency (SolidWorks preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
