Forward Deployed Autonomous Systems Engineer

Mach Industries is looking for a Forward Deployed Autonomous Systems Engineer to test and improve next-gen autonomous aerial platforms in real-world settings. The role involves hands-on collaboration with engineering teams to troubleshoot and iterate on systems while ensuring operational readiness.

What you'll do

• Conduct flight and ground testing of autonomous systems
• Work with engineers to identify and resolve system failures
• Diagnose hardware, software, and communication issues
• Modify and validate flight control software and system parameters
• Evaluate system readiness and assess go/no-go conditions
• Analyze telemetry data to support design iteration
