Structural Engineer

Mach Industries is looking for a Structural Engineer to design and analyze structural components for advanced aerospace and defense systems. This role involves working on high-performance vehicles and energetic platforms, focusing on structural integrity and integration with various systems.

What you'll do

• Develop structural layouts and aeromechanical architectures
• Perform stress analysis and load path development
• Build and analyze FEM models and conduct trade studies
• Integrate aerodynamic, propulsion, and structural systems
• Evaluate structures under various loading environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout development

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
• 2–5+ years in aerospace structural design
• Experience with FEM modeling tools
• Strong knowledge of structural mechanics and material behavior
• Experience in conceptual or preliminary design efforts
• Proficiency in stress analysis and load paths
