Robotic Process Engineer

Machina Labs seeks a Robotic Process Engineer to optimize RoboForming, a robotic metal forming process that converts digital designs into production-ready parts. You'll generate robot tool paths, analyze forming data, and refine manufacturing strategies to accelerate production timelines for defense, aerospace, and mobility applications.

What you'll do

• Generate and optimize robot tool paths from CAD designs using RoboCraftsman system
• Analyze scan and forming data to improve process performance
• Develop and iterate on metal forming strategies based on real-world testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process optimization
• Support CAD manipulation and digital tooling workflows
• Troubleshoot and refine robotic manufacturing processes
