What you'll do

• Designing and executing SQL-based ETL processes for data migration
• Collaborating with external data migration contractors
• Translating legacy data structures into the Mark43 schema
• Ensuring data fidelity by analyzing uniquely formatted source databases
• Improving migration tooling and processes with internal teams
• Maintaining relationships with stakeholders during project timelines

What they're looking for

• 2+ years in ETL development or SQL-based data roles
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational database design
• Experience in writing complex SQL scripts
• Ability to translate legacy data models
• Collaborative communication skills
• Detail-oriented and committed to quality
• Interest in public safety data
• Experience with contractor deliverables (a plus)
