Infrastructure Engineer

Mercor is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to enhance and scale its systems, ensuring high availability and cost-effectiveness as the company continues its rapid growth. The role involves collaboration with various teams to design scalable architectures and improve system reliability in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain core infrastructure in cloud environments.
• Automate deployments using Infrastructure-as-Code workflows.
• Enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting for system reliability.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
• Support disaster recovery planning and maintain system availability.
• Collaborate with teams to create scalable architecture.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform)
• Knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker)
• Understanding of distributed architectures
• Programming skills (Python, Go)
• Experience in production infrastructure delivery
