About this role

Meriton seeks an Infrastructure Deployment Technician to install and deploy physical IT infrastructure across multiple U.S. locations, including low voltage cabling, server racks, network hardware, and audio-visual systems. The role requires 75% travel and close collaboration with IT Infrastructure Engineering teams to execute standards-based deployments.

What you'll do

  • Install, terminate, and test low voltage cabling (data, voice) including pulling, labeling, and dressing cable runs
  • Build and dress server racks with rails, patch panels, cable managers, UPS units, switches, firewalls, and network equipment
  • Deploy audio-visual solutions including displays, projectors, speakers, microphones, and cameras in conference rooms
  • Perform cable patching, port mapping, and basic validation testing in network closets and server rooms
  • Interpret build guides, rack elevations, wiring diagrams, and work with technical teams to ensure standards-based installations
  • Document work with as-built photos, port maps, labeling, and coordinate with contractors and building management
