About this role

Mesh seeks a Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between customers and internal teams during the pre-sales lifecycle. You'll design implementation solutions, guide customers through SDK/API best practices, and collaborate with product and sales to accelerate adoption across diverse verticals like payments, gaming, and fintech.

What you'll do

  • Build customer relationships and guide prospects through implementation and adoption
  • Design pre-sales solutions including documentation, processes, and technical infrastructure
  • Optimize tools like Gong, Pylon, Datadog, and Amplitude to improve sales workflows and customer experience
  • Mentor customer teams on SDK and API implementation best practices
  • Triage and resolve technical issues between customers and internal teams
  • Travel occasionally (~monthly) for strategic customers and industry events
