Software Engineer, DevInfra

Mixpanel is seeking a Software Engineer for the DevInfra team, focused on enhancing the software development lifecycle by automating processes and supporting engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tooling, cloud infrastructure, and team collaboration.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with teams to enhance their software development lifecycle
• Deploy AI tools and build automated solutions for engineering needs
• Support high volume data ingestion systems with low latency
• Administer Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes environments
• Set standards for Kubernetes deployment and observability
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and development environments

What they're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with Kubernetes in production
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform or major cloud providers
• Familiarity with AI coding agents
• Experience with observability tools
• Documentation skills
• Understanding of service mesh concepts
